My name is Ric. I am an aspiring entrepreneur. Aspiring as in I'm testing the waters now. My first business is an internet/computer cafe. As my introduction goes, I am your typical PC grease-monkey --- having had the oppotunity of dealing with PCs since the time of the venerable DOS and the then-much-coveted 80286 processor from Intel.
So much for the introductions. I am putting this blog up to share stuff about this business and everything I know about computers. I ran into an old acquaintance (who's not really tech-savvy) one time and asked me if I can help him put up a PC rig. "Sure", I said, "what's the spec of the PC that you need?". I saw his face turn blank. I guess I asked the wrong question.
Here I plan to help the not-so-techie, decipher the jargons (will try) and review tech stuff.
